Partnership Marketing Intern

Barstool Sports is hiring a Partnership Marketing Intern to support partnership marketing initiatives during the summer internship program. The role focuses on assisting with sponsor activations and coordinating across teams to ensure smooth brand integrations across content and events.

The internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to partnership marketing, event management, and creative ideation while working in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide day-to-day support to the partnership marketing team with sponsor activations across projects and events.

• Assist with administrative and organizational tasks to ensure smooth execution of partner programs.

• Travel to on-site events as needed to support setup, breakdown, and activation management.

• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, production, content development, sales) to support activation and programming needs of brand partners.

• Brainstorm new activation ideas and suggest improvements to existing partner activations.

• Support various aspects of partnership marketing, including event management, brand integration, and creative ideation.

• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable while working in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be a rising senior interested in a career in partnership marketing.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Passion for brand partnerships, sponsorships, and marketing.

• Excellent communication skills with ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.

• Desire to learn and grow within partnership marketing.

• Ability to travel to on-site events and assist with activation components.

• Positive, proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.

• Internship dates: May 26 to August 30.

• Based out of the New York office.

• Pay rate: $17.00 per hour.

• This internship is not benefits eligible.
