Summary

The Events & Partnerships Account Manager leads end-to-end event execution and partnership deliverables to bring the brand to life through curated collaborations and experiential activations. The role supports global growth by ensuring operational excellence, partner alignment, and impactful community experiences.

What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end planning and on-site execution for events including sponsored Classes, retreats, pop-ups, residencies, and festivals.
  • Create and manage event timelines, budgets, production documents, vendor lists, and run-of-shows.
  • Coordinate talent, vendors, internal teams, and on-site staff to ensure smooth execution.
  • Oversee on-site production including setup, flow, technical needs, sound, lighting, guest experience, and breakdown.
  • Maintain and improve event processes, templates, checklists, and production systems.
  • Manage internal communications, timelines, and resource dependencies with marketing, creative, digital, and studio teams.
  • Support and manage strategic brand partnerships aligned with mission and growth objectives.
  • Manage partnership inquiry intake (partnerships inbox), track opportunities, and route requests appropriately.
  • Vet partnership opportunities via research, exploratory calls, and internal alignment (brand fit, feasibility, value).
  • Assist in preparing partnership overviews, pitch materials, decks, and mood boards.
  • Build and maintain partner relationships and ensure seamless collaboration on co-branded initiatives.
  • Track deliverables to meet contractual commitments on time and to a high standard; ensure measurable impact.
  • Oversee invoicing and partnership administration for select accounts, including invoice generation, payment tracking, and documentation.
  • Maintain shared organizational systems for partnership contacts, opportunities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to promote events and partnerships across channels.
  • Identify new ways to integrate partners into the brand ecosystem to enhance brand equity and revenue.
  • Analyze performance metrics to assess impact and refine strategy.
  • Manage e-commerce Open-to-Buy (OTB) to support inventory planning and forecasting against revenue and margin targets.
  • Own backend Shopify operations (product setup, pricing, inventory accuracy, collections, launches).
  • Partner with the 3PL on inbound inventory, fulfillment, shipping performance, and issue resolution.
  • Manage e-commerce customer service to deliver a timely, thoughtful, on-brand post-purchase experience.
  • Track and report core e-commerce KPIs; flag risks and opportunities in sell-through, inventory health, and operations.
  • Support ideation and product development for Class-branded merchandise from concept through launch with e-commerce readiness.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing complex projects or accounts in events, partnerships, hospitality, wellness, retail, or a related field.
  • Proven end-to-end execution of events, activations, or experiential programs with multiple stakeholders and timelines.
  • Experience as a primary point of contact for partners/clients/collaborators with strong communication and follow-through.
  • Ability to support and coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, operations, talent) from planning through execution.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Partnership negotiation/management experience and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can navigate ambiguity.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly to support events, residencies, and partner experiences.
  • Passion for The Class mission and interest in contributing to a growing brand.
