Summary
Bookimed is the No. 1 Platform of Medical Tourism since 2014, providing access to advanced medical solutions through 1511 clinics and 58 medical coordinators. We are seeking a Sales Representative to process incoming patient requests and communicate with patients seeking treatment abroad through multiple channels.
What you'll do
- Process incoming requests from patients seeking treatment abroad
- Communicate and interact with patients through chat, phone, and email
- Work with CRM system to fill in patient requests and create patient profiles
- Engage with patients outside of working hours as needed
Requirements
- English B2 and higher level
- Previous experience in sales
- Experience with CRM systems
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to communicate with patients outside working hours
- Proactivity and desire for financial and professional development
- Nice to have: Medical education, experience or practice
- Nice to have: Spanish or French B2 and higher
