Summary
Rivni is seeking a Business Development professional to join their iGaming affiliate network's media buying team. The role involves launching a new network from scratch by attracting and onboarding partners while scaling traffic volume and quality.
What you'll do
- Attract and onboard new partners (webmasters / teams)
- Scale traffic volume and quality
- Manage negotiations and build long-term partnerships
- Analyze performance and identify growth points
- Attend international conferences
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in affiliate network / BizDev
- Strong understanding of traffic and optimization
- Knowledge of CPA / CPL / RevShare / Hybrid / Flat Fee models
- Experience with different GEOs
- Strong negotiation skills
- Own network of partners / advertisers (a big plus)
- English at least B1+
