Ads Monetization Manager

Easybrain is seeking an Ads Monetization Manager to optimize and improve the company's ads monetization strategy. The role involves collaborating with production and analytical teams to implement monetization improvements and enhance player lifetime value through strategic ad optimization.

• Suggesting new ideas for improving ads monetization set-up
• Working closely with the production team to ensure ideas are executed correctly
• Collaborating with the analytical team to define, collect, and analyze metrics affecting LTV
• Optimizing the current ad stack

• 1+ year experience in ads monetization
• Experience working with ads monetization platforms
• Understanding of how ads can affect LTV
• B2+ level of English
• Fluent Russian is required
• Technical background is a bonus
