Email marketing manager

iPlayTech is a dynamic iGaming company with 5+ years of experience and 1,000+ specialists operating across 13 markets. We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Manager to develop and optimize email campaigns that drive user engagement and conversion across our portfolio of successful gaming projects.

• Develop and launch email marketing campaigns targeting various user segments
• Optimize campaign performance focusing on open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
• Localize email content and strategy according to regional market specifics
• Analyze campaign results and prepare detailed performance reports
• Conduct A/B testing of subject lines, content, and calls-to-action
• Work across multiple communication channels including email, in-app, and push notifications
• Create and optimize email templates for promotional campaigns, trigger-based messages, automated flows, and newsletters
• Manage and segment customer databases for precise targeting
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce high-quality content aligned with casino and sports betting verticals
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and anti-spam laws

• Minimum 6 months of experience in email marketing (preferably in online casino or sports betting industry)
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Customer.io
• Experience planning, executing, and optimizing email campaigns with A/B testing
• Solid understanding of segmentation strategies and trigger-based email flows
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template customization
• Familiarity with analytics tools for campaign performance tracking
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
