Shopify Sales Manager

Admiral Studios is a fast-growing Ukrainian IT outsourcing company specializing in web development, mobile development, UI/UX, and SEO for clients in the US, Europe, UK, and Canada. We are seeking a Shopify Sales Manager to expand our client base and scale our e-commerce direction. You will lead full-cycle sales efforts and help brands grow their online presence through Shopify solutions.

• Identify and close new business opportunities in the e-commerce sector
• Drive full-cycle sales of Shopify projects: lead generation, qualification, pitching, contract negotiation, and closing
• Work with multiple channels including Upwork, LinkedIn, email outreach, e-commerce communities, and conferences
• Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction
• Maintain and update CRM with all sales activities
• Regularly analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitors to adjust strategies

• 1+ year of successful sales experience in Shopify/e-commerce projects
• Full-cycle sales experience: prospecting, pitching, closing deals
• Experience with Upwork, LinkedIn outreach, or direct B2B sales
• Understanding of the Shopify ecosystem (apps, integrations, payments, themes)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle objections and build trust-based long-term relationships
• CRM proficiency to manage pipelines and track results
• Nice to have: Experience with Shopify Plus clients, knowledge of e-commerce marketing (SEO, CRO, email marketing), familiarity with contract negotiation and deal structuring, previous experience selling to SMB and DTC brands in US/EU markets
