• Turn existing customers into brand champions and advocates
• Drive customer expansion and growth initiatives
• Manage customer-focused marketing campaigns and strategies

• Experience in customer marketing or customer success marketing
• Proven track record in designing and executing retention and engagement programs
• Strong project management and execution skills
• Ability to drive revenue growth through customer expansion
• B2B marketing experience preferred
