Sales Manager

Geometria.us is a fast-growing Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) media company seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business expansion. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and developing tailored advertising solutions to grow revenue and market presence.

• Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities to grow client portfolio
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients
• Understand client needs and provide tailored advertising solutions
• Develop and present compelling sales pitches, proposals, and contracts
• Drive revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience (required)
• Minimum 3 years of advertising/media sales experience (preferable)
• Strong background in business development, client acquisition, or account management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and highly results-oriented mindset
• Advanced proficiency (C1 or higher) in both English and Russian with strong written and verbal communication skills

• Base + Commission structure with strong earning potential
