VIP Team Lead

TrueGroup is seeking an experienced VIP Team Lead to manage and grow a high-performing team focused on player retention and revenue generation in the iGaming industry. The ideal candidate will lead day-to-day operations, ensure excellent service for high-value players, and drive team alignment with business goals.

• Lead and manage a team of VIP Managers, ensuring daily operations, shift coverage, and workload distribution
• Monitor and analyze key KPIs including retention, ARPPU, redeposit rate, second deposit conversion, and individual performance
• Ensure high-quality service and proactive communication with VIP and high-value customers
• Handle escalated cases and complex communication scenarios
• Align team efforts with retention and revenue objectives
• Collaborate with Product, CRM, Support, PRM, and Analytics teams for data visibility and optimized player lifecycle management

• 2+ years of experience managing VIP account teams in iGaming (mandatory)
• Deep understanding of player lifecycle metrics and operational KPIs
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• English level B2+ or higher
