Account Executive - Swag / Branded Merchandise
Summary
Reachdesk is an end-to-end SaaS global gifting and swag platform that helps B2B companies create meaningful connections while driving measurable ROI. The Account Executive (Swag / Branded Merchandise) will own expansion revenue within an existing client portfolio, positioning Reachdesk as the primary branded merchandise vendor. The role runs a full-cycle expansion motion to grow repeat spend and long-term client loyalty.
What you'll do
Own a quarterly expansion target and meet or exceed quota within a defined portfolio of existing clients.
Identify and pursue growth opportunities by mapping teams, stakeholders, and budget owners.
Build multi-threaded relationships by developing champions, expanding across departments, and aligning decision-makers.
Lead discovery to understand objectives, pain points, timelines, and success metrics.
Develop and present proposals, pricing, and recommendations tied to customer goals.
Create demand and capture budget by introducing new swag use cases and packaging repeatable reorder programs.
Partner with Vendor Management to shape feasible solutions and ensure smooth post-close handoff and execution.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Account Management, and Supply Chain on account strategy and growth plans.
Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and performance reporting.
Surface customer feedback to improve messaging, product, results, and account plays.
Represent Reachdesk in customer meetings, events, webinars, and partner gatherings.
Requirements
3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in branded merchandise, swag, promotional products, print/fulfillment, or creative services.
Proven track record of exceeding quota and expanding existing B2B accounts through consultative selling.
Strong commercial skills: ability to uncover opportunities, communicate value, and win budget.
Exceptional communication, influencing, and presentation skills with executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with CRM and sales productivity tools; Salesforce preferred.
Collaborative team player with clear cross-functional communication.
