Technical Sales Representative for EMEA (German speaking)

Formlabs is seeking a German-speaking Technical Sales Representative for their EMEA region to sell professional 3D printers to designers, engineers, and manufacturers. This role combines technical knowledge with sales expertise, positioning you at the intersection of engineering and revenue generation to help innovative companies solve their manufacturing challenges.

• Own the sales process: Manage inbound leads from initial contact through deal closing and build pipeline to hit ambitious revenue targets
• Sell technical products: Understand customer engineering challenges, position Formlabs solutions, and communicate complex technology clearly
• Compete and win: Lead product demos, sales calls, and negotiations while handling objections and guiding customers toward purchasing decisions
• Build customer relationships: Develop trust with engineers, product teams, and business leaders to turn first purchases into long-term partnerships
• Become an expert: Learn the full ecosystem of hardware, materials, and software while staying ahead of industry developments in digital manufacturing

• Fluent in German AND English (C1 or higher level)
• Degree in engineering, technology, or another STEM field
• Naturally competitive and results-driven mindset
