Marketing Coordinator (100% Remote)
Summary
ClearCaptions (promoted via Lensa) is an FCC-certified phone captioning provider focused on improving communication for seniors and people who are hard-of-hearing. The Marketing Coordinator supports day-to-day execution of marketing programs and campaigns by keeping projects organized, coordinating stakeholders and vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of creative assets.
What you'll do
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and task assignments for marketing campaigns across online and offline channels and cross-functional teams.
- Track project milestones, flag risks, and ensure materials are delivered on schedule.
- Maintain campaign calendars, status sheets, and team documentation.
- Support development of project briefs and coordinate asset production with internal teams.
- Manage file organization, naming conventions, version control, and brand compliance for creative assets.
- Assist with reviewing creative and content for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Collaborate on strategy, copywriting, design, and development discussions to unblock execution; assist with proofreading and production of marketing materials and UAT support.
- Coordinate product photo shoots, video production, and other content creation needs.
- Distribute updated materials to internal teams such as Sales, Customer Experience, and Product.
- Work with Marketing leadership, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Legal to support ongoing projects and stakeholder alignment.
- Attend meetings and prepare agendas, recaps, and follow-up notes.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
Experience: 2+ years of marketing coordination, project support, or administrative experience preferred.
Skills: Strong organization and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple deadlines with minimal supervision; excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Tools: Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira) and tools such as Microsoft 365/Office, Salesforce, SharePoint, and Figma; proficiency with modern virtual communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
Knowledge: Familiarity with creative workflows, brand guidelines, and basic marketing analytics.
Work style: Self-starter, strong time management, collaborative, able to maintain confidentiality and use discretion.
Eligibility: Authorized to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.
Conditions
Work mode: 100% remote (home-based).
Schedule: Flexible hours may be required.
Travel: Up to 5% travel, including some overnight travel.
Pay type: Hourly; compensation stated as $22–$27 per hour.
Physical demands: Extended sitting/standing/walking; significant keyboarding and screen time.
