What you'll do

  • Coordinate influencer gifting, product seeding, and shipment follow-ups to ensure timely activations.
  • Serve as a point of contact with production teams in Ubrique, Spain to confirm product availability and sending details.
  • Track influencer content and media coverage generated by activations and document follow-ups.
  • Monitor influencer content daily across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Compile performance summaries, coverage reports, and insights to assess PR and influencer impact.
  • Create presentations and reporting materials for Public Relations and Influence projects.
  • Research and source emerging influencer talent aligned with the brand’s values.
  • Maintain and enrich the influencer database to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Requirements

  • First professional experience (including internships/apprenticeships) in Public Relations, Communications, or Influencer Marketing within an agency or fashion/luxury brand.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, curious, and interested in fashion, luxury, and brand storytelling.
  • Comfortable with digital tools, especially Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Reliable follow-up, adaptability, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, international environment.

Conditions

  • Location: New York City.

  • Salary range: $50,000–$55,000 per year (competitive).
