Marketing Specialist

Admiral Studios is a fast-growing Ukrainian IT outsourcing company specializing in web development, mobile development, UI/UX, and SEO. We are seeking a practical, hands-on Marketing Specialist to focus on outreach and lead generation in a fast-paced, flexible environment working closely with the Sales team.

• Launching and managing LinkedIn and Email outreach campaigns
• Testing new approaches, niches, and messaging strategies
• Supporting Sales with outreach tasks and lead qualification
• Identifying and validating relevant leads
• Running small experiments and optimizing campaign performance
• Suggesting improvements to workflows and outreach processes

• 1+ year of experience in marketing, lead generation, or outreach
• Hands-on experience with Email marketing and basic automation tools
• Confident use of LinkedIn (filters, outreach workflows)
• Ability to independently launch and manage LinkedIn & Email campaigns
• Experience working closely with Sales (lead validation, outreach support, campaign coordination)
• Strong hypothesis-driven approach: testing ideas, analyzing results, iterating
• Intermediate English level or higher
• Nice to have: Experience building or optimizing marketing processes, additional outreach channels or segmentation tools, analytical thinking, basic Shopify or e-commerce familiarity
