  • Build and evolve a multi-channel strategy across paid, organic, lifecycle, partnerships, and emerging channels.
  • Lead performance marketing with a rigorous experimentation mindset and expand beyond Meta and Google into new acquisition channels.
  • Own and optimize the full funnel from first touch through conversion and retention, improving CAC in partnership with the tech team (website and lifecycle optimization).
  • Develop and maintain measurement and attribution frameworks to guide prioritization and resource allocation.
  • Steward brand, messaging, and storytelling across all touchpoints, including as the company enters new verticals.
  • Use AI tools and systems to increase speed and efficiency in creative, testing, and analytics.
  • Lead and develop a lean internal team and manage external partners, operating as a hands-on player-coach.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of well-rounded marketing experience with significant ownership of growth and acquisition.
  • 3+ years of management/leadership experience.
  • Experience scaling a high-growth DTC startup (ideally consumer health, marketplace, or consumer services).
  • Proven ability to drive efficient growth and unlock scale via new paid and organic channels.
  • Highly analytical; comfortable with funnels, cohorts, lifecycle stages, and building measurement frameworks.
  • Strong performance marketing foundation with ability to go beyond standard playbooks and channels.
  • Comfort leading organic channels (organic social, partnerships, PR, SEO).
  • Track record of managing and developing lean, high-performing teams.
  • Strong audience intuition and ability to explain nuanced offerings simply.
  • Ability to ramp quickly in new domains, including healthcare and fertility.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration; comfortable in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.

Conditions

  • Fully remote team distributed across U.S. coasts.
  • Leadership team role reporting to the CEO.
  • Collaboration tools include Slack, Gmail, Zoom, and similar platforms.
  • Culture emphasizes autonomy, output, and mission-driven work impacting the family-building process.
  • Equal opportunity employer; encourages applicants from non-traditional and diverse backgrounds.
