Summary
Cofertility is a Series A, human-first fertility and family planning company reinventing egg freezing and egg donation through its Freeze and Family offerings.
The Head of Marketing will own the growth engine end-to-end, driving scalable acquisition while shaping a category-defining brand across both sides of the marketplace.
What you'll do
- Own Cofertility’s growth engine end-to-end and drive efficient, scalable acquisition across donors and intended parents.
- Build and evolve a multi-channel strategy across paid, organic, lifecycle, partnerships, and emerging channels.
- Lead performance marketing with a rigorous experimentation mindset and expand beyond Meta and Google into new acquisition channels.
- Own and optimize the full funnel from first touch through conversion and retention, improving CAC in partnership with the tech team (website and lifecycle optimization).
- Develop and maintain measurement and attribution frameworks to guide prioritization and resource allocation.
- Steward brand, messaging, and storytelling across all touchpoints, including as the company enters new verticals.
- Use AI tools and systems to increase speed and efficiency in creative, testing, and analytics.
- Lead and develop a lean internal team and manage external partners, operating as a hands-on player-coach.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of well-rounded marketing experience with significant ownership of growth and acquisition.
- 3+ years of management/leadership experience.
- Experience scaling a high-growth DTC startup (ideally consumer health, marketplace, or consumer services).
- Proven ability to drive efficient growth and unlock scale via new paid and organic channels.
- Highly analytical; comfortable with funnels, cohorts, lifecycle stages, and building measurement frameworks.
- Strong performance marketing foundation with ability to go beyond standard playbooks and channels.
- Comfort leading organic channels (organic social, partnerships, PR, SEO).
- Track record of managing and developing lean, high-performing teams.
- Strong audience intuition and ability to explain nuanced offerings simply.
- Ability to ramp quickly in new domains, including healthcare and fertility.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration; comfortable in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
