What you'll do
- Handle inbound leads and consultation requests
- Conduct online consultations and calls in English
- Present Bachelor programmes and explain study formats
- Answer questions and handle objections from students and parents
- Support candidates through the application process
- Update CRM and report results
Requirements
- English level B2 or higher (mandatory)
- Experience in sales, education or consulting (preferred)
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to work independently in remote environment
- Organized, reliable and result-oriented mindset
