Junior Listing Researcher (Web3/Crypto)

PointPay is a crypto-in-one-place platform expanding its Web3 ecosystem. This Junior Listing Researcher role involves finding and connecting crypto projects for listing on the PointPay platform, with growth potential to Listing Manager and Team Lead positions.

• Search for crypto project contacts and decision-makers
• Initiate outreach via Telegram, Reddit, and other channels
• Work with lists and sources provided by the SEO team
• Move communication to negotiation stage
• Create working chats with Listing Team Lead for deal handover and closure

• Strong communication skills and proactive mindset
• Previous listing, sales, or business development experience
• Comfortable with outreach and quality-focused approach (no spam)
• Self-organized and result-driven
• Interest in Web3/Crypto (experience is a plus, not required)

Schedule: Team hours 09:00-17:00 GMT+2 (Kyiv time) with daily overlap required
Location: Remote, work from anywhere

Compensation: $1-$2.50 per confirmed chat (based on monthly threshold) + 8% commission on successful deals (minimum $400 per deal), monthly payout for chats, weekly payout for commissions
