Summary
Rosewood Creative (ROSEWOOD) is an integrated creative agency and in-house production company focused on creating social-first stories worth sharing. The Social Producer owns end-to-end production and delivery, ensuring work is completed on time and on budget while coordinating closely with internal teams and external vendors.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end production, project management, and post-production for social-first content
- Monitor performance and optimize production processes to meet established KPIs
- Partner with Creative and Brand/Strategy teams to advise on feasibility of ideas
- Build production bids including timelines/review calendars, budgets, assumptions/inclusions, and production calendars
- Manage out-of-pocket budgets across retainer and incremental projects; collaborate with Post Production to maintain a holistic budget
- Research, negotiate, and secure production vendors (production partners, crew, locations, talent, wardrobe, etc.)
- Obtain and manage production contracts and paperwork (deal memos, payroll, talent contracts, permits/agreements, insurance COIs)
- Lead and manage full crews for studio and on-location shoots from pre-production through wrap
- Develop new vendor partnerships with an emphasis on minority-owned and led businesses
- Manage freelance production resources
- Ensure shoots run efficiently and professionally
- Build deep knowledge of client businesses and industries
Requirements
- 5–8 years of production experience in advertising or production industries
- Social-first background, knowledge, and interest
- Expert understanding of production technology/equipment and its applications, constraints, and limitations
- Expert understanding of production workflows, agreements, contracts, and logistical requirements
- Experience managing productions with a heavy volume of deliverables
- Experience producing integrated marketing campaigns and assessing creative feasibility across media channels
- Experience managing client expectations directly
- Experience managing internal stakeholders and external vendor relationships
- Strong knowledge of budgets and timelines; comfortable with budgets of all sizes
- Strong eye for crew talent (production designers, directors, DPs, etc.)
