Sales Representative / Junior Sales Manager (Training Provided)

FlyAgency is a fast-growing digital agency specializing in influencer and adult marketing for the U.S. market. We're seeking a motivated Sales Representative/Junior Sales Manager to join our expanding sales team with full training provided for those with no prior sales experience.

• Communicate with potential clients and present services
• Work with leads and guide them through the sales process
• Manage multiple tasks and conversations simultaneously
• Learn company products, market dynamics, and internal sales processes
• Collaborate with the team to achieve performance goals

• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher with confident written communication
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Responsible, results-oriented mindset
• Previous sales experience is a plus but not required

Work Format: Fully remote with night shifts
