Sales Team Lead (B2C)

GotYourBack Support is seeking a Sales Team Lead (B2C) to lead and develop a team of sales agents who drive revenue through direct phone sales. This role combines leadership, performance management, and operational coordination, overseeing daily team operations, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.

• Lead and manage the B2C Call Sales team, ensuring effective daily operations and high performance standards
• Drive team sales performance by monitoring targets, KPIs, and implementing improvement actions
• Coach and develop sales agents to continuously improve results and professional skills
• Support team growth by participating in recruitment, onboarding, and development of new agents
• Monitor operational metrics and provide performance reporting and insights
• Implement sales processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and resolve complex cases

• English: B2C1 level
• Ukrainian: Fluent
• 1+ year of experience in sales or team leadership role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Solid understanding of sales processes and performance metrics
• High-level competencies in: Leadership and team management, Sales performance management, Coaching and mentoring, Analytical thinking and KPI analysis, Communication and cross-team collaboration, Decision-making and problem solving, Operational discipline and process management, Adaptability and change management, Team motivation and engagement
