Summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is hiring a Visual Merchandising Coordinator to support the VM Manager and AVP of VM across North America initiatives. The role focuses on translating global visual standards into regional in-store execution, managing artwork, logistics, and administrative coordination to deliver launches on time and to brand standard.

What you'll do

  • Support implementation of the global Charlotte Tilbury visual merchandising strategy across North America.

  • Develop and adapt artwork for new launches, including adapting global lightbox artwork for North American retailers.

  • Coordinate design and logistics for department stores and free-standing stores, including windows, plates, lightboxes, and other VM collateral.

  • Attend cross-functional meetings and build partnerships with sales, creative services, manufacturers, suppliers, and printers.

  • Create presentations and design proposals with VM and store design teams.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure production, delivery, and in-store execution are on time and to brand standards.

  • Raise purchase orders, track orders, and control project expenditure.

  • Maintain databases and distribution lists for campaign launches in collaboration with the VM Manager.

  • Track and verify post-execution implementation quality and monitor ongoing VM upkeep via Service Channel.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; Rhino is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Related visual merchandising experience in wholesale and retail; beauty industry experience is a plus.

  • Strong organization, time management, and project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work autonomously and collaboratively.

  • Strong attention to detail with a high bar for accuracy and quality.

  • Creative and commercially minded with a strong eye for style, design, color, and customer experience.

  • Resourceful, proactive problem-solver with a results-driven attitude and strong interest in cosmetics, fashion, retail, and product.

Conditions

  • Location: based in the New York office.

  • Travel may be required to visit suppliers and support artwork checks, production, mock-ups, and final installations.
