Event Manager

Eqvilent is seeking an experienced Event Manager to organize and execute corporate MICE events including team meetups, conferences, competitions, and celebrations. The role involves aligning events with company goals, managing budgets and timelines, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful experiences.

• Organize and execute MICE events: team meetups, conferences, competitions and celebrations
• Align events and branding initiatives with company goals
• Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships
• Create event materials and post-event reports
• Analyze trends and introduce innovative approaches
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful experiences
• Measure event and branding success through feedback and KPIs

• 4+ years of experience in corporate events and employer branding
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Creative mindset with excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in event management tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Passion for creating meaningful corporate experiences
