The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives in an assigned geography by promoting products to Gastroenterologists, APPs, and select Primary Care Physicians while aligning resources and pull-through activities.
What you'll do
- Drive sales performance to meet or exceed territory sales goals.
- Maintain advanced product and disease-state expertise to deliver clinically focused messages and overcome objections with Gastroenterologists, Primary Care Physicians, APPs, and office staff.
- Build understanding of territory market dynamics and identify market access opportunities to accelerate pull-through.
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and Strategic Account Specialists to develop and execute territory business plans.
- Partner with peers, marketing, training, and sales operations to execute plans and share best practices.
- Complete administrative responsibilities including CRM usage and expense reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
2+ years of successful medical sales experience (e.g., dental, medical device, laboratory, diagnostics) or 1+ year of pharmaceutical sales experience; GI specialty experience preferred.
Proven, consistent track record of sales performance success.
Experience launching new products.
Demonstrated ability to leverage marketing, market access pull-through, and technology solutions.
Strong business acumen and analytical capability.
Ability to build professional relationships across the customer network, including office staff.
Success in both live and virtual customer interactions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong technical skills and computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and digital meeting platforms (e.g., Veeva Engage, Teams, Zoom).
Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
Conditions
Territory-based role; may require overnight travel depending on geography.
Travel to national, regional, and corporate office meetings may be required.

Expected annual base salary range: $90,000–$140,000.
