Merchandising Representative
Summary
Celsius Holdings, Inc. is a global CPG company behind the CELSIUS, Alani Nu, and Rockstar brands. The Merchandising Representative supports in-market execution across retail channels by improving visibility, driving distribution, and ensuring shelves and coolers are stocked and merchandised to brand standards.
What you'll do
Plan and execute merchandising initiatives across assigned accounts.
Call on target accounts and make 15–20 account calls per day.
Work with store management to sell in and place PDQs, displays, and end caps.
Communicate sales leads and incremental opportunities to the territory manager.
Expand product distribution as approved by store managers and within account guidelines.
Ensure shelves, cold vaults, and stand-alone coolers are stocked and merchandised to designated brand flow.
Rotate backstock to displays, racks, cold space, and warm shelves per account guidelines.
Place point-of-sale materials as approved by the account manager.
Support new store openings and store resets.
Take photos and include them with weekly reporting.
Conduct product demos upon request.
Maintain an organized list of target/key accounts and support weekly/monthly planning.
Track and complete account calls in the Celsius sales app.
Submit weekly work logs including mileage and other assigned documentation.
Requirements
0–2 years of retail or merchandising experience (merchandising experience preferred).
High school diploma or GED.
Valid U.S. Driver’s License; must pass MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) screening.
Excellent driving record and required insurance; personal vehicle required (allowance provided).
Motivated, enthusiastic, positive attitude; self-starter and team player.
Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Must live within the county area for the assigned market.
Conditions
Pay rate: $25/hour plus overtime as needed.
Schedule listed as Monday through Friday; also notes ability to work flexible hours for a 40-hour work week (Wednesday–Sunday).
Field-based role requiring presence in assigned market.
