Marketing Manager

Summary

Qoders Family is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead performance-driven digital marketing campaigns. The role focuses on managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering data-driven results.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and email campaigns
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns with focus on performance, ROI, and conversion goals
  • Oversee end-to-end project management, including timelines, task coordination, and cross-functional team collaboration
  • Serve as main point of contact for clients: manage approvals, deliver performance reports, and gather actionable feedback
  • Set up and manage Google Tag Manager, including custom event tracking, DataLayer configuration, and GA4 integration
  • Analyze campaign and website performance data to generate actionable insights and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, SEO specialists, and developers to deliver high-performing marketing assets

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in performance or growth-oriented roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Solid understanding of conversion tracking, event setup, and analytics via GA4 + Google Tag Manager
  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals (technical and content-related)
  • Experience with CRM systems (Active Collab, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Proactive, data-driven, and results-oriented approach
