What you'll do

  • Partner with buying and creative teams to ensure product page setup aligns with strategic intent and site standards.

  • Review styling direction, photography requests, and product features/benefits to ensure accurate customer-facing product representation.

  • Create and maintain product style guides with the Assistant Merchandise Manager to categorize new products based on attributes and shopping behaviors.

  • Maintain accurate product attribution and ensure attributes are relevant to assortment and site navigation.

  • Conduct regular on-site testing to validate navigation accuracy and proactively fix surfaced issues.

  • Track products featured in marketing exposures to ensure availability for purchase.

  • Curate and sequence categories as needed.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of related experience.

  • Open and continuous communication skills; able to present information clearly and concisely.

  • Strong leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work across functions and levels.

  • Ability to think creatively, strategically, and technically.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.

  • No specific education requirement stated.
