Social Media Manager

SBH Fashion is hiring a Social Media Manager to support and execute the company’s social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms. The role partners closely with the Social Media Director to bring campaigns and daily content to life while driving growth, engagement, and conversion.

• Partner with the Social Media Director to execute a cohesive social media strategy aligned with business and brand goals.
• Translate high-level strategy into daily content plans and actionable initiatives.
• Oversee day-to-day management of social channels (Instagram, TikTok, and others).
• Schedule, publish, and optimize content across platforms while maintaining consistent voice, tone, and brand messaging.
• Own and manage the social content calendar across all platforms.
• Plan and execute campaigns, launches, and key brand moments; coordinate timing with product drops, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor social trends, viral content, and cultural moments; identify real-time engagement opportunities.
• Track daily/weekly performance metrics; provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
• Support testing and optimization of content formats and posting strategies.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and production teams to execute content and coordinate content captured by internal teams or talent.

• 3–6+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social platforms.
• Experience managing content calendars and executing campaigns.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written communication skills and understanding of brand voice.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social performance data.

• Compensation: $100,000–$115,000 per year (converted to an estimated monthly salary).
