Account Manager (Payment)

UniversePay is an international high-risk payment infrastructure provider for B2B merchants. The Account Manager (Payment) role focuses on leading merchant onboarding, managing integration processes, and driving portfolio performance for qualified leads rather than lead generation.

• Finalize commercial terms with qualified leads
• Coordinate KYC/KYB and legal onboarding processes
• Define technical requirements and oversee integration
• Ensure connection of at least two payment channels
• Minimize time-to-live from contract signing to go-live
• Monitor transaction volumes, approval ratios, fraud, and chargebacks
• Improve portfolio profitability and merchant performance
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation

• Experience in fintech, payments, or high-risk sectors
• Strong understanding of acquiring, routing, rolling reserves, and chargebacks
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Solid negotiation skills and ability to maintain commercial terms
• KPI- and performance-oriented mindset
• Nice to have: Experience launching high-risk merchants and working directly with acquirers and PSPs
