What you'll do
- Launch and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and PMax)
- Optimize campaigns for CPA and ROI metrics
- Test creatives, funnels, and marketing hypotheses
- Work with analytics platforms (GA4, GTM)
- Manage budgets and deliver performance results
- Scale winning campaigns
- Influence product direction and build a team aligned with your vision
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with licensed online casino or iGaming products (must-have)
- Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax)
- Experience with GA4 and GTM
- Budget management and campaign optimization skills
- Ability to manage budgets and deliver on performance targets
- Strong understanding of CPA and ROI optimization
