What you'll do
- Ideate, conceptualize, and create TikTok-native content for Airbnb’s owned channel
- Partner with internal teams and external creators to develop original TikTok-specific content
- Concept, capture, edit, and publish content in real time around cultural moments and brand opportunities
- Maintain an evolving understanding of TikTok trends, formats, algorithm dynamics, and audience behavior
- Identify creators and cultural leaders and translate insights into new formats, recurring series, and creative territories
- Develop repeatable content frameworks that build brand equity beyond trend participation
- Own accurate, timely publishing and real-time community engagement on TikTok
- Lead TikTok-first thinking across key campaigns and brand moments
- Partner with analytics teams to measure impact, extract insights, and refine strategy and creative output
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in social media with significant hands-on TikTok expertise
- Experience personally managing or significantly growing a TikTok account (brand, creator, or personal)
- Proven track record building and growing a highly visible brand social channel
- Deep understanding of TikTok formats, editing styles, algorithm behavior, and creator culture
- Ability to move quickly from idea to execution, including filming, editing, and publishing
- Strong creative instincts and ability to generate original ideas quickly
- Proficiency with TikTok-native creation and editing tools
- Experience working with creators, influencers, and production partners
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management in fast-moving environments
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills; exceptional attention to detail
- Working knowledge of social listening and measurement tools (e.g., Sprinklr)

Compensation: Annual base pay range £70,000–£85,000 GBP (role level may vary); base pay depends on factors like experience and market
