Coordinator, Brand Marketing
Summary
Beach House Group (BÉIS) is seeking a Brand Marketing Coordinator to support execution of brand initiatives across partnerships, events, PR, and evergreen/launch storytelling. The role coordinates internal teams and external partners to bring campaigns to life and ensure a seamless, on-brand consumer experience across touchpoints.
This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment reporting to the Director, Brand Marketing.
What you'll do
- Assist in planning, execution, and day-to-day management of brand partnerships and collaborations.
- Coordinate timelines, product needs, marketing deliverables, and communication with external partners and agencies.
- Research and identify potential brand partners aligned with strategic priorities.
- Support planning and execution of brand events, launches, and experiential activations.
- Manage logistics including product allocation, shipping, guest lists, run-of-show documents, and on-site coordination as needed.
- Support post-event recaps, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with external PR teams on product requests, award submissions, and press opportunities.
- Handle sample tracking, shipment coordination, and inventory management for PR needs.
- Compile press coverage, reports, and key brand moments.
- Support execution of evergreen brand campaigns and seasonal marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with creative, product, social, influencer, and e-commerce teams; track timelines, deliverables, and campaign performance.
- Conduct competitive research, market analysis, and consumer insights to support brand strategy.
- Assist with presentation building, campaign recaps, internal reporting, and day-to-day administrative/operational needs of the brand marketing team.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in brand marketing, partnerships, PR, events, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
- Passion for brand storytelling, partnerships, and experiential marketing.
Conditions
Compensation: annual base salary range $75,000–$90,000 (depending on experience and qualifications).
Hands-on role in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with exposure to collaborations, cultural activations, and brand-building initiatives.
Reports directly to the Director, Brand Marketing.
