Summary

Spotify is hiring an Associate Manager, Brand Marketing to join the Spotify for Artists Marketing & Policy team, focused on supporting artists and their teams as they grow their careers on Spotify. The role helps define how Spotify communicates with artists by shaping creative direction and narrative frameworks for artist-facing campaigns and programs.

What you'll do

  • Drive creative execution and campaign delivery for Spotify and Spotify for Artists programs and marketing initiatives, ensuring cohesive storytelling across owned channels.
  • Manage project timelines, workflows, approvals, and stakeholder alignment to keep initiatives on track.
  • Oversee production of campaign assets including landing pages, blogs, emails, and visual/video content.
  • Partner with creative and design teams to ensure consistency across brand touchpoints.
  • Develop ongoing communications within artist community programs, including celebratory/shareable moments to drive engagement and advocacy.
  • Support go-to-market execution and creative development for major campaigns (e.g., Wrapped for Artists, Loud & Clear, Marketing Awards).

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, creative production, and/or campaign execution.
  • Music, creator, or entertainment industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of brand marketing principles and experience delivering integrated campaigns across email, social, web, video, and events.
  • Ability to lead creative development with designers, copywriters, producers, and external agencies.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, including presenting ideas/creative work and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

Conditions

  • Full-time role based in New York, with flexible work-from-home and some in-person meetings.

  • Expected in-office presence: 2–3 times per week.

  • Compensation: base range $94,761–$135,373 annually plus equity.

  • Benefits include health insurance, six-month paid parental leave, 401(k), monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, and paid sick leave.
