Sales Team Lead

FlyAgency is a fast-growing digital agency specializing in influencer and adult marketing for the U.S. market. We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage and develop our chat management team, focusing on team performance, quality control, and process optimization.

• Lead and manage a team of chat managers
• Monitor and improve chat quality and communication standards
• Analyze team performance and identify areas for growth
• Provide feedback, coaching, and ongoing support to team members
• Ensure adherence to internal processes and guidelines
• Collaborate with other departments to improve workflows and results
• Track KPIs and report on team performance

• English level B2 or higher with strong written communication
• Previous experience in a team lead or supervisory role
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze performance and provide actionable feedback
• Experience working in fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of the crypto industry (required)
• Experience in sales or chat management (strong plus)
• Responsible, results-oriented mindset
