Summary
Carrot is a global fertility and family care platform supporting members across the full spectrum of family-forming care in over 170 countries. Carrot is hiring an Event Marketing Manager to support global event strategy and execute high-quality in-person and virtual experiences that strengthen brand presence, generate pipeline, and deepen engagement with prospects, clients, and partners.
What you'll do
- Support end-to-end planning and execution of event programs (sponsored conferences, trade shows, hosted experiences, virtual events) from initial brief through post-event wrap-up.
- Coordinate timelines, budgets, venue and vendor logistics, shipping, and on-site details to deliver events on time and within budget.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Brand, Customer Success, and RevOps to align goals, audiences, messaging, and follow-up plans.
- Support pre- and post-event campaigns, including invitations, email nurtures, and sales enablement materials.
- Serve as a primary on-site/virtual point of contact during events, troubleshoot issues in real time, and represent Carrot’s brand and mission.
- Maintain event calendars, project plans, run-of-show documents, and checklists.
- Manage registration and attendee lists, monitor outreach and follow-up, and report on event outcomes and impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3–5 years of event or field marketing experience (ideally in B2B SaaS, healthcare, HR technology, or benefits).
- Hands-on experience coordinating in-person and virtual events, including logistics, vendors, and on-site execution.
- Experience supporting events tied to measurable pipeline or revenue outcomes.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for lead capture and campaign tracking.
- Strong project management, organization, and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple events/workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfort working with budgets, contracts, and basic reporting for event ROI measurement.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities.
- Willingness to travel based on the event calendar.
Preferred:
- Experience with event tools/platforms (e.g., Splash, Cvent, or similar).
- Healthcare or benefits background.
- Experience with executive programs, customer events, or small-format experiences (roundtables, dinners).
- Ability to create/adapt basic event collateral with design/brand partners.
- Basic understanding of lead scoring, funnel stages, and list data hygiene/scrubbing best practices.

- Base salary range listed as $88,000–$103,000 per year (starting base; varies by skills and experience).
