Social Media Coordinator
Summary
Emerest Companies is a fast-growing portfolio of healthcare and services brands building a modern, digitally forward presence across its organizations. The Social Media Coordinator will lead day-to-day social media execution across multiple Emerest brands to drive cohesive storytelling and measurable growth in engagement and audience acquisition.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain a monthly cross-brand social editorial calendar.
- Conduct competitive research, benchmarking, messaging refinement, and audience identification.
- Create, edit, publish, and optimize content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Maintain a cohesive brand voice across sub-brands while preserving distinct positioning.
- Evaluate new platform opportunities and recommend channel expansion strategies.
- Travel between NYC office locations to capture content and highlight operations; occasionally travel out of state for events and initiatives.
- Capture and edit photo/video content to support real-time storytelling and document culture, caregiver stories, and executive initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align content and initiatives; collaborate on paid social campaigns and budget alignment.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics; produce monthly reporting dashboards with actionable insights.
- Optimize content strategy based on performance data and platform trends; present current social media best practices.
- Respond to comments and direct messages; monitor brand reputation and support review management and digital presence consistency.
Requirements
Education: BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Business, New Media, Public Relations, or related field.
Experience: 1–3+ years in social media marketing or content implementation with demonstrated success growing engagement, reach, or follower base.
Platform management: Proven experience managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Tools: Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics) and social publishing tools (Later App).
Creative skills: Strong copywriting plus content editing skills using tools such as CapCut and Canva.
Capability to manage multiple brand identities; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication: Excellent communication skills and comfort engaging with executive stakeholders.
Work style: Comfortable with hybrid structure including regular local travel; able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Conditions
Work arrangement: Hybrid role with remote flexibility.
