YouTube Producer

We’re looking for a producer to lead the growth and development of Movavi’s YouTube channels. In this role, you’ll work with the team to create content that reflects Movavi’s brand values and inspires users around the world to make awesome videos using our software. You’ll manage video production from idea to release, analyze content performance, and scale successful formats.

What you'll get to do

• Build content strategies for Movavi’s YouTube channels based on team goals and overall brand strategy
• Manage video production from concept and filming to editing and publishing
• Write video scripts in English and Russian
• Organize shoots with remote hosts and UGC creators
• Analyze key metrics including views, retention, and conversions, and use these insights to test new formats and hypotheses

Required skills

• Experience working with and understanding the U.S. YouTube market
• Experience producing video content from concept to release
• Strong skills in scriptwriting and managing the filming process
• Experience working remotely with UGC creators and video hosts
• Understanding of YouTube SEO and video promotion principles
• Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms and analytics
• Experience working with branded YouTube channels
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role

Qualifications

3+ year experience; full-time; remote; portfolio or links to YouTube channels you’ve worked on recommended.
