Summary

Roku, a leading TV streaming platform, is hiring a Content Strategy & Operations Coordinator within its Content Monetization Strategy organization. This role supports the creation and optimization of sponsorship packages across content verticals (e.g., Sports, Originals, Licensed Content) to help drive value for streamers, advertisers, and internal revenue teams.

What you'll do

  • Support the Content Strategy Manager in building and optimizing sponsorship packages.

  • Collect marketplace intelligence and conduct competitive analysis to inform new package recommendations; synthesize sales feedback.

  • Build sales-facing sponsorship pages including pricing, business rules, and packaging strategy details.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Measurement, Revenue Operations, Account Management, and Product Strategy & Operations; support sports communications with leagues as needed.

  • Support go-to-market (GTM) workstreams by creating project plans, capturing action items, and tracking progress toward package releases.

  • Manage multiple parallel projects with strong organization and attention to detail to keep stakeholders moving forward.

  • Become an expert on Roku’s product suite (sponsorship and non-sponsorship) to enable effective package creation.

  • Build business cases that translate marketplace and sales feedback into sponsorship opportunities for brands.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in media strategy, media planning, or media buying.

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Solution-oriented and collaborative working style.

  • Self-motivated, able to produce work that is digestible and scalable.

  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint (PPT), and Media Radar.

  • College degree or equivalent.

Conditions

  • Hybrid work model: in-office Monday through Thursday; Fridays flexible/remote depending on role and office policy.

  • Compensation note: for New York only, estimated annual salary range is $70,000–$94,000.
