Partnership Manager

Summary

Tithe.ly is a fully remote tech company serving over 50,000 churches worldwide with financial and resource management tools. The Partnership Manager will build and nurture relationships with external organizations, denominations, and ministry networks to expand Tithe.ly's reach and drive revenue growth. This role involves cross-functional collaboration and up to 30% travel for partner engagement and relationship building.

What you'll do

Identify and establish strategic partnerships with organizations and ministry networks; build long-term partner relationships through consistent communication and support; develop and execute joint marketing and sales initiatives; own partner sales performance including forecasting and reporting; serve as primary contact for partners; travel up to 30% for partner meetings and conferences; collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams; negotiate partnership agreements and contracts; analyze market trends and partnership performance metrics; prepare presentations and strategic recommendations; monitor and refine partnership program effectiveness.

Requirements

3+ years of direct experience in partnership management or strategic partnerships; proficiency in HubSpot; demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to relate to people across levels and cultures; strong bottom-line orientation and track record of exceeding goals; action-oriented approach; business insights and strategic thinking; collaborative mindset. Preferred: experience with church networks, denominations, or ministry organizations; background in B2B SaaS within mission-driven or nonprofit-serving companies.
