Product Marketing Manager, Brand Planning
Summary
TikTok is seeking a Product Marketing Manager, Brand Planning on the Brand Innovation team to set and execute go-to-market strategy for planning and forecasting solutions, including proprietary planner and API offerings. This role partners with sales, product, partnerships, and business marketing to drive adoption, develop positioning, and inform product direction through market and user insights.
What you'll do
Define the go-to-market strategy for TikTok Brand Innovation solutions, focusing on adoption of internal and external planning/forecasting tools (including planner and API solutions).
Partner with Sales leadership and Global Responsibility Marketing to set long-term objectives and build product strategies and operational plans for TikTok Planner and RC API.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product management, partnerships, business marketing) to develop and execute GTM plans.
Create sales enablement materials and drive adoption with both external and internal users.
Lead trainings for internal stakeholders to communicate the value proposition and nuances of the product suite.
Work closely with sales teams and clients to synthesize market needs, size opportunities, and identify product pain points to influence product development and roadmap.
Research and evaluate internal/external user behavior and market trends (including competitive) and apply insights to overall strategy.
Build deep understanding of TikTok advertising and planning products and leverage them to help customers achieve goals.
Requirements
BA/BS degree or above.
3+ years of product marketing or product management experience with digital/social advertising products.
1+ years of experience in the digital advertising industry, ad measurement, or advertising planning and forecasting.
Strong knowledge of sales and marketing processes.
Ability to build compelling narratives and simplify messaging for different audiences.
Preferred: fast learner with sound judgment and original thinking.
Preferred: commercial mindset with experience building business cases from market research and analysis.
Preferred: excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills; ability to juggle multiple stakeholders.
Conditions
Compensation: base salary range listed as $103,200–$244,889 annually (varies by city, qualifications, skills, experience, and location); role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.
