Content/Growth Partner (TikTok / Reels) Revenue Share

ROIzen360 is launching an AI-powered dating mobile app for the US market. This is a revenue-sharing partnership role focused on content creation and organic growth through TikTok and Instagram Reels. You will collaborate long-term with compensation tied directly to app performance and revenue.

• Create and publish short-form TikTok and Instagram Reels content tailored to the US audience
• Test hooks, formats, and messaging to optimize engagement and organic reach
• Analyze performance metrics to identify what works and what doesn't, then iterate quickly
• Suggest and execute growth experiments aligned with app metrics

• Proven experience with TikTok and Instagram Reels content strategy
• Demonstrated success growing mobile apps in the US market with measurable results
• Understanding of viral content, growth hacking, and app monetization
• Long-term mindset ready to iterate until results are achieved
• Bonus: Experience with mobile apps generating hundreds of thousands of dollars monthly, portfolio of previous campaigns or growth experiments, strong understanding of subscription models and user retention
