Ecommerce Coordinator

Summary

Lacoste is an iconic French fashion and sport brand operating in nearly 100 countries and part of the MF Brands Group. The Ecommerce Coordinator will support end-to-end product go-live and digital merchandising to ensure accurate, on-time launches across US and Canada e-commerce channels. The role also supports marketing needs, reporting, and site quality assurance to deliver a seamless online customer experience.

What you'll do

  • Manage end-to-end product catalog setup using Salesforce Commerce Cloud, ERP, and PIM systems, including product copy, imagery, categorization, and sorting attribution.

  • Track and communicate weekly product go-live status and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely launches.

  • Conduct daily site audits to ensure accuracy of on-site copy, product attribution, navigation, and sort/filter options.

  • Oversee catalog maintenance, category curation, and on-site storytelling; identify storytelling opportunities based on seasonal assortment and competitive landscape.

  • Support the E-Commerce Manager with regular A/B tests to optimize conversion and customer experience.

  • Provide product and linking needs for email and SMS campaigns; update as business needs change.

  • Conduct weekly competitive analysis focused on digital merchandising.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, visual merchandising, or marketing (fashion industry preferred).

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify); ERP and PIM experience is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.

  • Strong analytical skills; experience with Google Analytics or Looker is a plus.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent organization, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail; able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
