Summary
Tito's Handmade Vodka (Fifth Generation Distilled Spirits, Inc.) is hiring a Sales Coordinator in Austin to support sales order solicitation and growth through distributor and retail programs. The role focuses on coordinating sales programming, communicating brand/product knowledge, and building relationships to drive sales requests and orders.
What you'll do
Coordinate sales programming to drive additional sales requests, including working with third-party demo agencies, supporting product display programs, executing sampling activities, and delivering cocktail presentations for on- and off-premise retail accounts.
Execute local sales solicitation strategies and identify opportunities to increase sales orders through the distributor.
Develop and maintain relationships with retail customers (current and prospective) of the distributor.
Perform additional activities as needed to support sales solicitation in the region.
Requirements
2+ years of retail sales experience with increasing responsibility.
Knowledge of Federal and State regulations related to the sale of alcoholic beverages.
Preferred: Bilingual (English/Spanish) due to frequent interaction with Spanish-speaking clients.
High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Organized, energetic, and proactive with polished sales and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Physically capable of performing essential job functions.
Valid US Driver’s License, safe driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle for work use.
Legally authorized to work in the USA.
