Public Relations Assistant - Analytics & Reporting

Louis Vuitton Americas is hiring a Public Relations Assistant (Analytics & Reporting) to support the PR team in New York City. The role focuses on analytics, reporting, media monitoring, and day-to-day administrative support across Men’s and Women’s PR. You will help deliver internal and external reporting that informs brand and competitive insights across print, web, and social media.

• Support the PR team with analytics, reporting, and administrative tasks.

• Monitor and track press clippings across fashion, corporate, beauty, celebrity, and influencer coverage.

• Manage DMR rankings, including weekly and monthly rankings, plus competitive and brand analysis across print, web, and social platforms.

• Collaborate with local and international communications teams to produce reports and presentations (e.g., Share of Voice analysis, Editorial Briefings, Weekly Press Recaps, Show and Event Reporting).

• Maintain and update communications contact lists and the magazine archive.

• Support brand image events and press days as needed.

• Serve as primary liaison for reporting and analytics tools (DMR, Muckrack, Wearisma).

• 1+ years of experience in public relations and/or administrative roles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with PR/analytics tools such as DMR, Muckrack, and Wearisma.

• Highly detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, service-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

• Hourly pay range: USD $23–$25 per hour.

• Requires 4 days per week on-site at the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office (Midtown Manhattan).
