ASO Specialist iGaming Affiliate UA

Our client operates in the iGaming industry and is seeking an ASO Specialist focused on user acquisition and affiliate marketing. This role offers a unique profit-sharing model where skilled specialists work independently with comprehensive support infrastructure, tools, and guidance from experienced colleagues.

• Generate creative ideas and hypotheses for app marketing campaigns
• Prepare briefs for designers or create creatives independently using current AI tools
• Manage and optimize ad campaigns using trackers and auto-upload systems
• Analyze campaign performance, identify cause-and-effect relationships, and implement data-driven changes
• Test and develop new marketing strategies and ideas proactively
• Collaborate with internal development teams, designers, and support staff
• Participate in community discussions and share experience with team members

• Results-driven mentality with focus on profit generation and growth
• Creative development skills: idea generation, hypothesis testing, and creative brief preparation
• Proficiency with current AI tools for image/video generation, lip-sync, and deepfake creation
• Basic technical knowledge of trackers, auto-uploads, parameters, and payment models
• Strong analytics skills with ability to identify trends and implement quick changes
• Responsibility, punctuality, and reliability in online work
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and learning
• Interest in iGaming and affiliate marketing with willingness to continuously learn

Compensation Model:

• First 6 months: 50% of net profit with no additional conditions
• From 7th month onward: 30% base; 40% if profit is $20k-$30k; 50% if profit exceeds $30k
• Growth opportunity to team lead position with 10% of team's profit
