Media Coordinator, Amazon MGM Studios Film Marketing

Amazon MGM Studios is hiring a Media Coordinator to join its Theatrical Media team, supporting original films released theatrically and on Prime Video. The role focuses on helping execute media plans, managing workflow, and creating clear presentations to support film marketing campaigns.

• Support film campaign development from high-level strategy objectives through detailed execution of media plans.

• Maintain and distribute media summaries for internal teams, executives, and filmmakers.

• Manage insertion orders (IOs) and invoicing processes.

• Assist in developing deck presentations for planning, updates, and readouts.

• Organize deadlines and key dates into comprehensive calendars and documentation for multiple marketing teams.

• Maintain accuracy across plan development by cross-referencing updated information and source documents.

• Support creative rotation strategy by tracking the creative pipeline for linear and digital assets.

• Assist senior team members across disciplines as needed.

• 2+ years of professional (non-internship) marketing experience.

• Experience with Excel or Tableau, including data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.

• Preferred: Experience with a major brand or entertainment company in project/production management.

• Preferred: Experience in entertainment and/or film marketing.

• Location: Culver City, California (Los Angeles County).

• Compensation: Base salary range with additional potential sign-on payments and RSUs; final pay depends on experience, qualifications, and location.
