Director of Capital Raising and Investor Relations

Bisnow’s SelectLeaders client is a commercial real estate investment and development platform focused on acquiring and developing diversified real estate assets. The Director of Capital Raising and Investor Relations will lead direct fundraising efforts by building new investor relationships and converting investor interest into capital commitments.

• Drive direct fundraising efforts and capital inflows for the company’s real estate offerings
• Identify and build relationships with new investors including HNWI, family offices, and RIAs
• Develop and manage an investor pipeline across target geographies
• Conduct investor meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close capital commitments
• Maintain consistent communication with prospects and current investors
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver investor materials and updates on time
• Log investor interactions and pipeline updates in the firm’s CRM
• Represent the company at industry conferences and capital-raising events
• Host and participate in investor events across markets as needed
• Stay current on real estate and capital markets trends to engage investors

• 5–10 years of experience in sales, fundraising, or investor relations
• Proven ability to raise at least $10M annually in new investor capital
• Strong understanding of private placements, investment sales, and/or real estate fundraising (preferred)
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Based in a major U.S. metro (preferably Western region)
• Willingness and ability to travel for conferences, events, and investor meetings

• Location: Remote (U.S.)

• Compensation: $120,000–$160,000 base salary plus commission/bonus

• Travel required for conferences, events, and investor meetings
