Summary
Reformation is a sustainable fashion brand with a global retail presence and an in-house sustainable factory in Los Angeles. The Creative Merchandising Assistant brings the merchandising strategy to life by project-managing end-to-end digital product deliverables and ensuring products are available, compellingly presented, and optimized across digital touchpoints.
What you'll do
- Coordinate with sample coordinators to receive product on time, communicate selected product, and partner with Production to secure deliveries.
- Manage collection data within PIM (Product Information Management).
- Support cross-functional teams with thoughtful product selections for digital assets.
- Build monthly product priorities decks and align with Merchandising on key seasonal investments.
- Monitor the site for out-of-stock items and waitlist themes to inform recut decisions.
- Execute pre-order strategy by coordinating approvals, on-time product receipt, and go-live on pre-order.
- Update site imagery and ensure seasonal reshoots are completed to improve ATB rates and product performance.
- Partner with E-commerce Site Ops and Creative to refresh content pages on schedule.
- Create seasonal hindsight decks and synthesize digital product themes to inform selling strategy with cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce, merchandising, or buying (fashion or luxury retail preferred).
- Strong passion for fashion and product.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Detail-oriented with strong workflow and timeline management skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with proactive communication and risk flagging.
- Analytical and aesthetically driven product judgment to support conversion and brand relevance.
- Strong project management skills across multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
Conditions
Work location/schedule: Vernon/Culver, full-time.
Compensation: $25–$30/hour base; may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus (not guaranteed).
