Traffic Manager / User Acquisition Specialist (iGaming) (South Korea)

An international product company specializing in online entertainment and digital marketing seeks an experienced Traffic Manager/User Acquisition Specialist for the South Korean iGaming market. The role focuses on managing high-load online products, testing new traffic acquisition channels, and building long-term marketing strategies in competitive markets.

• Manage traffic acquisition and user acquisition campaigns in the South Korean market
• Test and scale new traffic acquisition channels and marketing hypotheses
• Launch and independently manage advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
• Manage marketing budgets and optimize ROI
• Develop and execute localized creative strategies for Korean audiences
• Work with local Korean platforms including Naver, KakaoTalk, Kakao Ads ecosystem, and alternative channels
• Analyze marketing funnels, retention metrics, and customer lifetime value (LTV)
• Build and implement long-term marketing strategies in highly competitive markets

• Hands-on practical experience managing traffic in South Korea within iGaming, crypto, or other high-risk industries
• Proven geo-expertise and deep knowledge of the South Korean market
• Experience with local Korean platforms: Naver, KakaoTalk, Kakao Ads ecosystem, Naver Cafe
• Experience with alternative channels: TikTok, Discord, In-app networks, DSP platforms, Native advertising networks, Influencer traffic
• Demonstrated ability to independently launch and manage advertising campaigns
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, retention strategies, and LTV calculations
• Performance marketing approach and hands-on campaign management experience
• Budget management and ROI optimization skills

Schedule: 5/2 work week, 09:00 to 21:00 (MSK time)
