eStoreLabs is a data-driven eCommerce company providing strategic advisory and performance-based strategies for global brands. The Project Manager will lead end-to-end pharmaceutical marketing projects for the US market, ensuring high-quality, compliant deliverables and smooth cross-team execution.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end marketing projects in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Collaborate daily with US-based stakeholders (marketing, brand teams, medical affairs).
- Plan and manage project timelines, budgets, and scope.
- Coordinate internal teams (design, content, digital, compliance) to deliver agreed outputs.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards for aesthetics and compliance with guidelines.
- Oversee the material approval process (MLR) and ensure compliance with US market regulations (FDA).
- Assign and coordinate publication of materials in Veeva systems (Vault / PromoMats).
- Identify project risks, propose solutions, and drive issue resolution.
- Optimize processes and improve cross-team collaboration.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience working with the US market, including FDA-related compliance expectations.
- Very good command of English (minimum C1 level).
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market environment and regulations, especially in the US.
- Experience working with Veeva systems (or similar content and compliance management platforms).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in client communication.
- Process-oriented mindset with ability to bring structure to complex situations.
- Good aesthetic sense and understanding of design’s role in marketing communication.
